What to Expect When You Arrive For Your Appointment

We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment unless you require a caregiver or guardian to assist you.
Please complete all forms and paperwork prior to your appointment to streamline the check-in process.
Doctors, staff and patients are required to wear masks at all times. Please bring your own mask and wear upon arrival.
Temperatures will be taken with a non-contact infrared thermometer will be used prior to entering Ketchum Health. Staff are also required to have their temperatures taken each day to ensure safety.
Hand Sanitizer Available
We have hand sanitizer stations placed throughout Ketchum Health for your safety.
Clean Practice Protocol
All surfaces will be sanitized frequently with disinfectant to keep all areas of Ketchum Health as clean and safe as possible.

The University Eye Center at Ketchum Health Anaheim has been operating with regular business hours since June 1, 2020.
Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
